Cloverdale, Oregon/cloveralestc025.jpgPrevious | Home | Next This photo was provided for scanning by the Pioneer Museum in 2001 and was from the collection of Howard Owens. Comments that were on the photo that I am guessing were written by Howard Owens or Lloyd McKillip are as follows: "Street scene looking east; buildings L-R Turner's Barber Shop (later Lane's Barber Shop), telephone office, old telephone office (moved to left of present day beauty parlor), town hall, old cheese factory, 2 houses on hill. Other side of street old T.C.C.A. feed store, Anderson's new cash market, Roosevelt Hiway Motors, fronts of power house & C. Ray's garage barely visible, and the corner of the roof of the I.O.O.F. Hall." |
